Ingredients :

- 4 boiled potatoes
peeled
- ½ cup boiled peas
- 1 tsp of ginger-
green chili paste
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of coriander
powder

- 1
tsp of cumin powder
- ½
cup of coriander leaves
- Salt
to taste
- Bread
crumbs
- Oil
for frying

Method :
|
- Take
a bowl and mix the boiled potatoes, peas, ginger-garlic paste, coriander
leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Add
1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Let
the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
- Then
divide the mixture equally in 10 balls, and press softly with palms and dip
it in bread crumbs.
- Heat
a non-stick frying pan, add oil, once it is hot, add the pressed balls in the
pan, and fry it till golden brown on both the sides.
- Aloo
tikki is ready to eat.
