Makhana

Ingredients :

- 2 cups Makhana roasted
- 1/3rd cup Almond roasted
- 1/4th cup Pista roasted
- 1/4th
cup Walnut roasted
|
- 20 - 22 deseeded dates
- 4 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1
tbsp desiccated coconut

Method :
|
- Take a pan and heat 4 tsp ghee and cool it down.
- In the same pan roast the almond for few seconds, remove
it in a plate, then roast the pista, walnut and deseeded dates remove all of
them in a plate and let it cool.
- Roast the makhana till it turns crispy and let it cool.
- Grind the dry fruits coarsely - almond, pista, walnut and
dates one by one and remove it in a large bowl.
- Coarsely grind the makhana.
- Mix all the grinded ingredients together, add the
cardamom powder and desiccated coconut, add ghee and mix it all together and
bind the ladoo, applying ghee on palm, give it a round shape.
- Sugar
free ladoo are ready.
