Dry Fruit Vegetable Salad



Serves : 2
Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 5 minutes

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp almond
  • 1 tbsp walnut
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste


Method :
  • Chop the almond, walnut and cashew nuts and dry roast them and let it cool.
  • Take a big bowl mix the cucumber and tomato, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves, add the roasted dry fruits, mix it well
  • Nutritious salad is ready to eat.
