Dry Fruit Vegetable Salad

Ingredients :

- 1
cup chopped cucumber
- 1
small tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp almond
- 1 tbsp walnut
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
|
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste

Method :

- Chop
the almond, walnut and cashew nuts and dry roast them and let it cool.
- Take
a big bowl mix the cucumber and tomato, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and
coriander leaves, add the roasted dry fruits, mix it well
- Nutritious
salad is ready to eat.
