Pakoda is deep fried snack served with green chutney or tomato sauce, this
pakoda are so crisp and tasty and can be enjoyed on a rainy day or a winter

Ingredients :

- 1
½ cup sweet corn kernels
- 1
medium onion chopped
- 2
green chilies chopped
- 2
tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp besan/gram flour
- 1
tbsp rice flour
- 1
tsp grated ginger
|
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch hing
- Salt to taste
- Oil
for frying

Method :

- Soak
the corn and drain them.
- Grind
the corn coarsely do not use water.
- Take
a bowl mix the grinded corn add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander
leaves, gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger, hing
and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and salt.
- Take
a deep bottom pan add oil and heat it on a medium flame, drop the pakoda
mixture in hot oil and fry the pakoda till crisp and golden.
- Serve
the hot pakoda with tomato sauce.
